Applications
A straight edge, approximately 3 meters in length and of straight section may be used to determine lateral surface regularity of a road surface. This lightweight apparatus is equally supported at both ends producing a set height between the road surface and the beam. Any vertical irregularity is measured using incremented wedges. The straight edge can also be used on floor slabs and other areas where regularity of finish is important.
